NIHAL IP aims to promote innovative research that will not only support country's economic growth but also support young researchers in establishing research startup and becoming self-reliant. Young researcher/scholars should not only limit themselves to academic jobs but they should become self-reliant by commercialising their innovations which could be done by obtaining IP protection on it such as Patents, Designs etc. and in case of protecting their brand through Trade Marks.  

Adv. A Nihal has having expertise of both science and law which is an advantage for working in technical field of law wherein knowledge of both fields are required to handle techno-legal matters.

NIHAL IP is based in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India, wherein IP professionals are much needed because most of the IP professionals prefer working in metropolitan cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata etc. leaving small cities, towns unexplored.

NIHAL IP's vision is to develop intellectual property infrastructure and promote IP awareness among young generations, youths, & early-career researcher.
