He is an empaneled Patent & Design Facilitator under the SIPP by the Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks, India.  He holds expertise in the field of Intellectual Property Rights, particularly in the Patents & Designs practice area. He is a dual qualified in the field of Biotechnology and Law. Alumnus of Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra; Central University of Jharkhand, Ranchi & Ranchi University, Ranchi. He has received Fellowship from National Law School of India University, Bengaluru. He was invited in the International Symposium organized by Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai as a Lead Discussant at the Panel Discussion on "AI and Public Health". He has presented papers in various International Conferences in the field of Intellectual Property Rights, Biodiversity Laws, Sustainable Developments, Health and Medical Laws. He has published papers with reputed publisher like IGI Global, USA, Bloomsbury etc. He is a member of Advocate's Association Jharkhand High Court, Ranchi.
